This private one-to-one session is designed for mamas (and birth partners) who would like more individualised support and a deeper level of preparation before birth.

Unlike a group setting, these sessions allow us to fully focus on your unique needs, fears, questions, birth preferences, previous birth experiences, and goals for your upcoming birth.

Together, we will create a safe and supportive space where you can openly discuss your thoughts, concerns, and expectations surrounding birth.

For our Advanced Hypnobirthing Course which has a duration of 3 hours (split into shorter sessions) our price for a private live session is €250

For our Expert Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Course which has a duration of 3 hours (split into shorter sessions) our price for a private live session is €320
